- pizza dough-

making a pizza dough is not an innovative thing.
but this recipe has surprised me.
the special thing about this pizza dough is that it is very easy. for two reasons:
1.: the dough is very soft so it can be mixed without hands or powerful machines
2.: it always rises. very robust. does not need a warm place. room temperature is enough. two hours is enough. longer is allowed
i suppose the robustness is due to the softness, the high amount of water.


500g wheat flour
1 package instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
350 ml warm water

mix flour with yeast and salt
add water
mix it
leave it for some hours

oven temperature? mine is 250c. i guess everything between 180c and 350c works.


my easy pizza topping:


400g can of pizza tomatos
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 small onion
2 teaspoons of olive oil
5 teaspoons of oregano

cut onion
frie the onion in oil
add everything else
cook smoothly for 30 minutes
